The 9pm problem

You finished the job hours ago. The paperwork is still waiting. Not anymore.

  • Re-typing the same customer details into yet another clunky form.
  • Quotes half-built in a notes app, invoices chased across email.
  • Receipts in the truck, photos buried in your camera roll.
  • Software that needs a weekend to learn before it saves you a minute.
How it works

Three steps. No menus to learn.

The whole app is one conversation. Here's the entire workflow, start to finish.

Describe it

Type or talk like you're texting a buddy. “Quoted the Ellis bathroom, $1,800, send it.” Attach a photo if you've got one.

The agent does the work

It creates the customer, builds the quote with line items, files your photos by phase, and emails the client — all from one sentence.

Review & undo anything

Every change lands on a timeline in plain English. Made a mistake? Roll back any action within 90 days, no harm done.

What you get

Everything a one-person shop needs. Nothing it doesn't.

No bloated dashboards. Just the handful of things that actually move your day — handled by an agent that never fills out a form wrong.

core

Talk, don't type forms

There is not a single form in the whole app. You describe the work; the agent handles every field, every record, every time.

photos

Snap it, log it

Drop in a job photo and the agent files it to the right project and phase — before, progress, or after — with a description.

Quotes & invoices that send themselves

Build a quote, convert it to an invoice, and email a branded copy to your customer — in one breath.

Undo anything

A 90-day timeline of every change in plain language, each with a one-tap rollback.

Books that stay right

Customers, projects, expenses and totals — always read-only, always current. The agent is the only writer.

Locked to you alone

Row-level security in the database isolates your data at the source — not just in the app layer.

Just say it

If you can say it, it's done.

Real things you can type — or speak — and walk away from. The agent figures out what to create, update, or look up.

Pricing

Pay for what you use. That's the whole plan.

No tiers, no seats, no annual contract. Start with $5 of free credit and only pay once you've put it to work.

Usage-based
$5 freeThen you're billed only for the work the agent does for you — down to the penny. We don't ask for a card until your free credit runs out.
  • No monthly subscription, ever
  • No per-seat or per-feature add-ons
  • A monthly spend cap you control
  • Use it nothing, pay nothing

How it adds up

A few sentences to quote and invoice a job costs cents, not dollars. You'll see your running spend in real time — and a friendly heads-up long before you reach the cap you set.

Questions

The short answers

Do I really never fill out a form?
Correct. There is no “New Customer” button, no quote builder, no invoice form. You describe what happened in plain words and the agent does the data entry. The data views (customers, projects, quotes, invoices) exist only to look things up — they're read-only.
How does pricing actually work?
You pay only for what you use — there are no monthly tiers. Every new account starts with $5 in free credit, and we don't even ask for a card until you've used it up. After that you're billed for your actual usage. Use it nothing, pay nothing.
What stops a runaway bill?
Every account has a monthly spend cap (it starts low and you control it in settings). At 85% of your cap you get a heads-up, and if you ever hit it the app simply pauses until next month or until you raise it. It's a safety rail, not a sales tactic.
Is my business data private?
Yes. Every record is tied to your account and isolated at the database layer with row-level security, so one account can never see another's data. Your photos and logo live in private storage scoped to you.
What if the agent gets something wrong?
Two safeguards. First, when the agent isn't sure it asks a clarifying question instead of guessing. Second, every change it makes is recorded on a 90-day timeline and can be rolled back individually — so nothing is ever a one-way door.
Which trades is this for?
Independent tradespeople running their own book of work — handymen, painters, cabinet makers, plumbers, electricians, and the like. If you quote jobs, send invoices, and track expenses, it fits.
Can I take it on the job site?
The web app works great on your phone's browser today. A native iOS and Android app — with camera capture straight from the job — is on the roadmap as Phase 2.
